Can i visit the bike shop?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are more than welcome to visit our shop/workshop to see and test our bikes. It’s very important to choose a bike in the right size and to make sure everything is properly adjusted. In addition, it’s useful to check whether you might need certain accessories, such as mudguards, pedals, or a good lock or luggage rack. If you’d like to come by,  send us an email or just visit us during regular opeing hours. (Tue-Sat 11-18).

What if a bike I like has already been sold?

Accepted Answer

We’re happy to search for and build a new one for you! Some bikes are super rare and hard to find, others are more readily available, or we might even have a second one in stock. We can always keep an eye out for you, but we also love creating specific custom builds.In our workshop, we usually have around 15 bikes and frames ready to be built. More often than not, when people visit us, they fall in love with a particular bike or frame, and a new bike idea is born, and we go to work. Please feel free to email us your idea or make an appointment to drop by!

I like a bike I see, but I’d like to make a small change, is that possible?

Yes, “your wish is our command”! Style and taste are personal. If you have any ideas or would like to change certain things, no problem at all, feel free to send us a message anytime!

“I have an MTB that I’d like to have refurbished. Would that be possible?”

Accepted Answer

Yes! Emotional value is priceless, and we understand why you’d want to have your old bike restored. We share the love for retro bikes, so don’t hesitate to book an appointment and drop by or send us an email with your thoughts.

Kan ik mijn oude mountainbike aan MTBM doneren?

Ja graag! Neem even contact met ons op en we reageren zo snel mogelijk! We hebben altijd wat foto's van de fiets nodig om te bepalen of het de moeite waard is om je oude fiets te recyclen. Soms zijn de onderdelen ook herbruikbaar dus maak snel wat foto's en stuur ons een mailtje!
