You can pay the entire amount directly online via IDEAL. If you prefer to transfer the amount and/or pay in two parts, select manual payment in the payment process. You will then receive two invoices within 48 hours:

•  Invoice 1: 20% deposit (payable within 8 days)
•  Invoice 2: final payment of 80% (payable 42 days before departure)

 Group bookings

 If you make a booking for multiple people (maximum 6 via the booking form), you make a group booking and one joint invoice will be sent to the main booker for the down payment and one joint invoice for the final payment. Directly transferring the entire amount via IDEAL is also an option.

Because we run our own operation, we can guarantee a departure when we have 3 participants. You can see how many places are still available per weekend and you can view the composition of the group.

The weekends at MTBM are specifically aimed at the Enduro discipline and this requires a good basic MTB skillset and basic fitness. Less experienced riders can have a really good time and we ensure there is a natural build-up during the weekend.

Tah being sais, you really need to have a solid MTB basics / skillset and have a well-maintained and suitable mountain bike. Trail and Enduro MTB's, suspension between 140 & 170 mm at the rear and between 150 and 180 mm at the front are best suitable.

In terms of fitness, it is good to know that we ride full days, from ± 9.30 am to +-5.30 pm and often even longer in summer. The routes cover around 40 km with around 1300 meters of elevation with between 4 and 6 stages per day with an 80% trail guarante. This is an average and this is during the 'Classic' weekends without shuttles.

 The entry level for the Enduro Weekends is: INTERMEDIATE / AVERAGE.

Pleas note that you can be an incredibly strong Cross Country rider but a novice Enduro rider, the discipline is the key factor here.

Mandatory during the weekends are:

•  suitable bike
•  sufficient basic condition
•  average bike skills in the Enduro category
•  dropper post
•  helmet (preferably MIPS / Full face not mandatory)
•  knee protection

Full-face, back and elbow protection are not mandatory, but we do recommend it. In any case, take everything you have with you.

We are a small operation run by and for bikers. We always come to an agreement through proper consultation and communication! We have been organizing MTB trips since 2012 and if a trip or weekend cannot go take place, we always resolve this neatly, quickly and in consultation.

If a weekend cannot take place due to a insufficient number of participants (3p.), you always have three options:

•  transfer your booking
•  100% refund of the trip price
•  voucher: travel credit for future booking

MTBM's offer primarily consists of offering the opportunity for camping / holiday spending and is therefore subject to 9% VAT. Related offers of our concept constitute an indivisible economic supply and must be taxed at the same VAT rate that applies to the predominant supply. This means that MTBM does not offer package holidays and we are not subject to the 0% VAT rate (travel agency scheme) and the legal obligation to offer a guarantee scheme.
